Hiding my vape and having money on the line helped me feel successful at this point. Also deleted social media apps on my phone during this winter break. Starting to develop a routine. Realizing that a hit from a 2% nic in the morning is a 10 second head rush (that fast?! con.) that certainly outweighs the benefits.
