Doing a minimum of 20 minutes of exercise daily. This can be running, cycling, dancing, boxercise, skipping, solo basketball, yard work, etc. Short commutes do not count towards this, since this habit concerns *exercise for the sake of exercise*. The aim of this habit is to ensure that I will also get moving each day, even on days where I don’t need to commute anywhere.

Today I remembered that 20 min of exercise every day is my true goal. But in order to make a habit solid you have to start tiny. So I will still be saying I reached my goal for this 30 day period on any days that I moved for at least 1 minute simply for the sake of moving
