Not as bad as original weight a couple of summers ago, but feeling like all my clothes are tighter and have started buying size 14 as opposed to 12 regularly rather than just trousers. Want to get to the point where I was last summer where I would wear mummy’s pink skirt and look nice. I know I’m always going to have chub rub, but just want to feel better in myself and tone up.

I will exercise 5 times per week (class pass) and do 10000 steps a day - start wearing fit bit again.

Use weight watchers - think about intermittent fasting (16/8)
