Each month of 2022 (barring injury / sickness) I commit to do:
* 12+ sessions where I do 30+mins of any combo of aerobic activities ie running, cycling, swimming, rowing, BLAZE / HIIT or such-like OR days where I do 15,000+ steps. * 12+ sessions where I do 30+mins of strength-building activities. I'm also allowed 2 periods of 2 weeks each, off from all activity, of my choosing.
