Daily 2 hours focus until end of February. Start at 8am, or close to it as possible, and MUST go for 2 hours.
If ANY distractions, you've broken the commitment. Message all calls back (unless critical family related), they can all wait. If anyone comes to your door, you're busy. ONLY log into the computer or check emails if ESSENTIAL to the task at that moment. If you are going down to make a coffee, pretend to be on the phone so no one distracts.
