Godly trust - Pray x3 times a day like the biblical Daniel, trust God to sustain and help me full - fill the desires of my heart , my dreams and my goals to his honour and glory

Open air - leave windows open, go outdoors in nature at least 30 mins a day

Daily exercise- target walk 5,000+ target to reach 20,000 a day

Proper rest - 9 hours ( 7:15 bath ( charcoal& oil mask on face every daily) brush teeth charcoal toothpaste tidy up and pray ) sleeping before 8 pm

Lots of water 2-3 litres a day optimum nutrition bottle (700ml) 3-4 bottles

Always temperate cut sugar daily to a max of 1 items a day e.g 1 piece of fudge only

Nutrition eat more raw food, cut down on cooked food less salt and oil. Eat oats porridge 3-4 times a week. One raw meal daily ( fruits, vegetable salads , juice, smoothies and melons)
