Valeri commits to:
no food after 7 pm, must fit on one normal sized plate and one normal sized bowl no bigger than white ceramic bowl , no beverages except black coffee w/ milk or 1 bottle max kombucha/day (smoothie must be in photo), send caleb or lisa photo before eating, nothing outside of foto, 2 hours between meals, 60 min max for meals, 3 meals max, 25 pistachios max/24 hours, no wheat flour/sugar/honey except 4th ingredient or later. cannot "add" honey or sugary sweeteners.
