23.02.2022 It was difficult. Not smoking was rather easy, I was clearer and more motivated. But my lower back was hurting like crazy and my mind wouldn’t help but think maybe the pressure in my sexual organs contributed to the fact. And a little release would have been nice. I could have done it, but 9 euros is 9 euros. Yesterday, or the day before, I felt that I had energy literally stuck in my lower left body. I had to move it again, short deliberate practice. Feel light. And there. Although my sleeping pattern wasn’t totally together tbh. All the best and till the next one. |
