I will not eat any grains, banana, nuts or derivatives (except nut oil), milk substitutes, any non-nutritive sweetener, any food not allowed on BLE or not recommended by BLE, any food with sugar or caloric sweetener as a third ingredient or higher on the list, caffeine including in chocolate/food, dairy, fruit juices, jelly/jam/fruit preserve, sweet potatoes/butternut squash that are cooked mostly by microwave baking or dried fruit. Can only be changed with a full 48 hours notice in writing 2me
