I commit to send a document with draft responses to editor and all five referees. These draft answers will be written as if addressed to the referees/editor, but will also include notes to myself about what needs to be done to complete the answer. These answers do not need to include results, but should where possible. Where results are not included, there should be a clear plan for how to get these results.
