I just saw that my 5 dollars was donated to trumps PAC and it really hurts I do not want to fail ever again lol. Staying consistent through the week is difficult for me but hopefully I have set myself up for enough success that next week I won’t be having the same issue. |

This week was difficult but I am feeling back on track the last 2 days. I am gathering data but I will be back again next week hopefully better than ever :) wahoo!!!! |

This week was a difficult week but you knew if was going to be a difficult week and you definitely could have handled it better. Tracking is important even if you are going over because it gives you awareness. If you go over any one day that nothing to be ashamed of but you should be thinking about how it’s not good if your tracking!! Once the family left my sleep schedule was off so I didn’t feel well and also I just got out of the habit. Going forward it will be more difficult to get by by only being good for roughly 2 days out of the week. But I did mostly well while traveling of eating when hungry and stopping when full so that was a win. I also want to start adding an ab workout into my routine. I’m excited for the future I really think I can do well and look good! |

This week I did a really good job of tracking my food in the log. I think that going up a little on my calorie goal has made me much more successful because it allows me to eat a little bit more. I think I can add in exercise this week to try and help myself out again. This weekend will be challenging as my family is coming out so it will likely involve a lot of eating out, but if I can listen to my bodies cues I’d hunger then I will be successful and also if I track. |
