Not eating anything listed on the commitment, “Safe Eating Only “ and not having any stimulants or DAO of any kind from any source. This includes Adderall, amphetamines, theobromine, caffeine, cold medicine with any stimulant effects, etc.
Food/drinks include, but are not limited to potato chips, flour of any kind, dried fruit, artificial or natural non caloric or low calorie sweetener, sugar of any kind as a third ingredient or higher, bananas, grains of any kind, using the one plate rule
