Unable to achieve this after so many years into the business. Every day there is struggle for money. Why don’t I have a command over the money that earn and spend. Where is it I am going wrong. Few areas to correct. 1. Track the cash flow and apply 80/20 rule to both income and expenses. 2. Use profit first strategy to safeguard the savings to build assets. Building assets is leads to growth and happiness and which leads to financial freedom. 3. Review each project for its profits. If any project is not generating profit, then ditch it and move on. 4. Keep a look on the suppliers who are turning out to be expensive and fraud. Ditch and move on. (Eg. Lokesh) |
