no food after 7 pm, must fit on 1 normal sized plate and 1 normal sized bowl no bigger than white ceramic bowl , no bevs except black coffee w/ milk or 1 bottle max kombucha/day (smoothie must be in photo), send caleb, Ann or Andrea foto before eating, nothing outside of foto, 2 hours between meals, 60 min max for meals, 3 meals max, no pistachios, no wheat flour/sugar/honey except 4th ingredient. no adding honey, sugary sweeteners. no secret eating - let C/Ann/Aapprove before I make any deviat
