Get up at 6AM (or during the summer the time may vary) and get dressed, have laundry started, and kitchen cleaned up prior to the girls getting up..by June 29th
Ride Peleton bike 3 times per week by June 29th.
Strength train with HIIT workouts 3 times per week…by July 15th.
Do one class of yoga 1-2 times per week by August 1st.
