I will stop this and report I have achieved weight goal as I am now focused on building muscle and also loosing fat… so that doesn’t equal weight loss. |

Update on this one, as I have started weight training so this commitment is no longer relevant as i expect to gain muscle
Ideal Body
I commit to weight myself daily prior to leaving bedroom (and before water consumption) – when at home.
I commit to update &/or recommit my commitments each month (28 days) until YE 2022 – which is where I nominally target achieving my ideal body weight.
I commit to monitor by performance each month, with either scale number (target weight 70 kgs, without allowance for muscle gain), centimeters lost (guts mainly), DEXA scan, and our visual (photos), etc.
