ykarate commits to:
Fasting between 6PM and 6 AM every day. Daily food tracking on Lose It app. Daily weight and BP checks. 64 ounces of water each day. Only non-sugared liquids between 6PM & 6AM after water goal is met. If water goal not met, only water. Off date nights with Mom, family b-days and our anniversary.
