Weighing in at 203! Very happy about that. I can tell a difference even with the few pounds I’ve shed so far. I’ve had to cinch my belt up an extra notch. I can bend/reach a little better and I feel less weight on my back. Things are looking up!

Well, my goal to exercise hasn’t happens yet but we reinstated our gym membership ship again and I’m looking forward to working out again

This weeks goal is to exercise twice. Sunday and Wednesday. Walk for 30 min or jump for 20. 60 seconds plank, 15 push ups and 25 squats.

It’s been a crazy post-Covid week. I’m glad I didn’t do a fitness challenge or I would have had a very difficult time stickKing with it. I’ve been playing catch-up at work since I got back from Covid leave and then yesterday I helped rescue a Momma cat and kittens. The kittens died and now I’m caring for Momma who is in rough shape. BUT on the bright side!.. I am ahead of schedule on my weight loss goal. I might be a bit dehydrated but I’m still on target. I am reminding myself that if I keep putting in the work, the results will come! StickK with it!
