| Haven't done anything this past week. I feel like I got out of the habit of exercising and willpower to start up again was non existent. Did yoga today though, so I'm hoping to get back on track this week. | |

| Having to take care of my nephews (they are a bit older now, but throughout the years, and still...) is no joke, so yeah, definitely counting that as exercise, great work! | |

| Went on vacation for the long weekend. Did a lot of walking and running after my 3 year old. To the point where my legs are sore, so I'm counting that as exercices done. Did yoga today to try and stretch out my sore legs. | |
