| My heart is sick that I messed up, for so many reasons. I drank a coconut drink that I suspected might have sugar in it. My conscience knows that it had to have sugar in it, so I will not lie about it this morning. So here I am, contributing to a cause that I am sorely and grievously against. Such is sin. | |

| I've stuck to my commitment. Just SICK I didn't catch the one day that I forgot to sign in, so ended up sending money to that terrible charity. Dear Lord, please forgive me. | |

| Yesterday, I had a lot of heart palpitations in the morning when I was working hard, helping a friend move. She gave me a non-sugar snack and they quit. I realized that my couple of weeks of sugar mess-up probably had also messed up my sugar equilibrium | |
