I have made some rules about what I can spend my time on (creating, exercising, organizing and more) and also what I can't spend my time on (social media, gaming etc.) I also wow to be creative and follow MyFitnessPal every day. I use rewards like TV episodes, some shopping, 5 min social media if I get my stuff done.
