weigh myself daily prior to leaving bedroom (when at home)
update (on last report in StickK) &/or recommit my commitments each month (28 days) until YE 2022 – which is where I nominally target achieving my ideal body weight. monitor by performance each month, with either scale number (target weight 70-75kgs), centimetres lost (guts mainly), DEXA scan, and our visual (photos), etc. if I fail, then the next time period the impact ($$$) doubles from previous amount
