When at home* I commit to 240 mins of intensity per week (nominally 90+60+30+30+30)
Intent is reasonable level of huff/puff in these sessions (so does not include standard walking). I commit to averaging 70K steps in a week as recorded by Garmin. I commit to doing leg stretches after walking the dogs I commit to do 3 weight sessions per week (nominally 3 x 60 mins) – this can be included in the intensity number if HR up *If away from home than pro-rata applies.
