Hey. Can I also suggest that you measure yourself i.e. inches or cm so that you can monitor progress even on weeks you may not have lost kgs you may have lost cm or inches

Good morning my dear friends and family
So today is the day I weighed myself and reflected on how the week went.


N - utrition ( been very good , making better choices and preparation for the next day has been the biggest key so I don’t end up eating all sorts due to not planning ahead. Working on dropping dairy completely and making my own nut milks and deserts . Out of 10 was a 5
E- xercise ( can definitely do better only hit 10k 3 times this week. Doing some home work outs that I’ve found to be fun and invigorating. Out of 10 was a 4
W- Improved but still forget to drink been averaging 1.5 -2 litres target 3-4 litres. Out of 10 was a 5
S- unlight been too hot to be outside but spent a good amount of time in the sun at least 15 mins a day minimum. Target 30-45 mins. Out of 10 4.
T- emperance Been very disciplined and deliberate in my choices Out of 10 was a 8
A- ir windows been open but needed to be in nature more been in the garden a lot though
R est sleeping by 9:30 pm very good Out of 10 was a 9
T rust in God been stressed a lot and Out of 10 was a 2

My weight has actually gone up a little but I know I’m building muscle so will keep an eye and excited to share next week.

Got to work harder this week doing a 1 raw meal a day this week and more movement.

Wow am so thrilled to be getting to this commitment level. Thank you everyone for your love and support I don’t take it for granted or lightly.

My health and my life is on the line and I’m so excited to be able to do this.

My weight is now 98kg target 85kg will post weekly weigh in, routines and record and reports on how I’m keeping the 8 laws of health. Any extra supplements, exercises and training will be updated as is.

I will be as honest and real as I can with myself and with all of you. By God’s grace I pray for the success of this challenge. Thank you
