It's a 12 week program. However, I've already completed the first week. Therefore, I'm setting this commitment to 11 weeks, starting August 15, 2022. After completing my last Stickk commitment of going to the gym for 30 days, I want to use the momentum from that and take my fitness goals to the next level. No more fucking around.

| OK so two weeks of the gym being remodeled and one week of healing from my injuries. I’m ready to go back now. I’m going to create a new commitment identical to this one, but only lasting three weeks and use that to make up for the lost time. | |

Remodeling was behind schedule so the gym was closed again this week ☹️ Now the gym is partially open, but I have injuries to my forearm and shoulder that might prevent me from going full out. Sigh. I’ll just do what I can. |
