| I'm getting an extra pat on the back today. I'm currently in a tent while it's pouring rain outside. I wrote my page by torch light. I'm still having a hard time writing gratitude towards myself. I really have no idea what to write and I'm not sure if it's because I have a hard time seeing the good in myself or because it's a subject that's not realistic. So, for today, I wrote about what I love about myself. For both halves, I concentrated on one thing and wrote more in depth about it. | |

| Forgot to write yesterday. Oops 🙊. Wrote today though. It was still easier to write about gratitude towards others instead of myself. I think tomorrow I want to try and reflect further in depth on one or two things that I'm grateful for instead of simply listing things. | |

| Write in my journal today. The gratitude towards others went well, but the one towards myself was hard to do. I didn't know what to write and had a hard time filling the half page. I even questioned myself whether or not I should modify the second half to write about what I like about myself instead. For now, I'll stick with the status quo. | |
