So I'm ending these 20 weeks right where I started them... My actual weight this morning is 181.2. The trendline is 184.0. I started at 182. So I would have done well to choose a maintenance goal rather than a loss goal. I am still committed to losing these next 20lbs. 2023 is the right time. I'm going to be very active in the next few months by default. Everyone is still nursing but I definitely have less milk than a year ago and I'm not worried about supply. |
