As per a contract signed 1/1/22 and revised 9/11/22, I commit to making the required charity donations and working dish shifts at Ruby Tuesday’s until 6/4/24, broken into 18-week blocks. I guarantee at least 50 shifts per period. Quitting the restaurant or failing to fulfill the requirements laid out in the contract incurs a total penalty of $4,950 divided into 3 contracts of $1,650 each. Dates for re-upping are; 1/17/23, 5/23/23, 9/26/23, 1/30/24 and6/4/24.
