1) always patient, calm, happy and supportive to my family and others 2) resist urges 100% - only veggies, lean protein - and very limited fruit or dairy (less than 100 cals each) w once in a while. Back to and sustain less than 122 lbs. Whole foods whole and reasonable portions 4) Run hard and push following JR plan 5) Strength daily
