2) resist urges 100% - only veggies, lean protein - and very limited fruit or dairy (less than 100 cals each/day) once in a while. Back to and sustain less than 122 lbs. Whole foods whole and reasonable portions 3) Run hard and push following JR plan 4) Strength daily
