1. Don't try harder and don't beat yourself. It is a flawed strategy. Instead of sabotaging, try letting go and try to be in peace with yourself instead of bashing yourself.
2. Focus on increasing deep connections with people. Due to loss of connection we fap (deep inner reason)
3. Whenever you fap - see the cues(what caused the urge to do? - door closed/nude pic/social media) - Make sure to remove the cues.
4. Build some good habits - like meditation, yoga, exercise, journaling, good nutrition etc... When you build good habits, then bad will automatically go away - you need not even try. Results don't come overnight. It takes time to build habits. You'll fail many times. But, let it go, peace an start again.
5. If the urge is so hard and you can't resist - then fap WITHOUT WATCHING PORN. because porn ruins your brain.
