Follow my Sleep Protocol
I am successful if: I cut off caffeine by noon I cut off exercise by 6:30pm I cut off drinks by 7:30pm I cut off the eating by 7:30pm Emphasizing no drinking or eating of anything past 7:30pm. I follow my digital sunset at 8:30pm I put on my blue blockers at 8:30pm I take my medication by 8:30pm I perform my nightly reflection before sleeping. I wear my Dreem Headband at night. I wear my nasal dilators, mouth tape, and ear plugs in bed. In bed by 9:30pm.
