Yesterday was a tough day and I got home late, so I am reporting today.
I ate 1701 calories
Burned 74 calories
Deficit: 133 calories

Today was the hardest day so far. For some reason I was hungry all day long. I still managed to stay below my limit but it felt like a very long day. Hope tomorrow will be better!

The first week is over. So far I’m doing a great job.
Today:
I ate 1675 calories
burned 343 calories
Result: 428 remaining.
This week I stayed 1943 calories below my limit. I really hope the next week will be just as good as this one!
