Fasting 20 hours daily, drinking nil but water, black tea and black coffee until 3pm. At 3pm, eat 2 cups of low CHO vegetables, have dinner at 6pm and an optional ‘dessert’ (without added sugars, e.g. yogurt) at 6:30pm. This excludes Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve.
