| Doing so good. Not having a mentality of go go go is helping. 1.5/ a week. That's it. It feels so much more doable and peaceful | |

| /week but struggle with the food. I did great with both this week and when I did choose something not perfect I didn't feel guilty because I knew I was beyond my goal. Great week overall. Looking forward to the week. | |
