I commit to writing in my new gratitude journal daily, counting my blessings and starting the day with a positive mind set. My goal is to really think positive, have feelings of positivity and joy and hope and act positive. I want to be more present and enjoy my day to day life, manage my stress and commitments and not take my stress out on my husband or the people I love the most. I want to find more time for me, for my kids and for my husband. Enjoy every single day to the fullest.
