So, the number on the scale hovers in a 5 lb circle. I can drop a few or gain a few. 🤷♀️ It's not about a number anyway. It's about feeling more comfortable in my skin. Kinda wish i could edit this goal because with a goal of lose weight i feel like im failing. But in reality, im getting stronger and healthier and so that is winning! I will pay no attention to the red unsuccessful x. I keep moving forward the scale is just not seeing the choices im making. |

Im faithfully doing my workouts 2-3 times per week but im about to increase that. Ill be walking/running with my son for 20-30+ minutes every day as we prepare for a 5k race. We have started a plant based meal plan and im excited about it |

It was a struggle to make it through the detox but it was worth it. I had been stress eating and doing the detox really helped. Im more mindful about what I am eating. I am successfully whipping this body into shape with the new workouts and ive got some running in recently as well. Life is good! |

Hi, how are things going w/the detox? Over here, it has been bad. Lot's of candy, and not much exercise or outdoor walks. Spring has started to arrive, but then I hurt my foot... Also, there will be snow again next weekend. I do hope you are feeling good and that the green smoothies are working out! |
