| No problem, ran a 12k on Sunday but took it east because of injury. JZ came over and that was great, she didn’t drink either and I didn’t even realize that until the next day. Last week was tough because I filled in for sick staff and associates, and sent off the FDT for repair and even though Bruce wasn’t around I didn’t have much free time. | |

| Pretty easy this week although it’s been dark and rainy. Visited Victoria this weekend while Jacqueline was out for the Ww run, took Hailey to counseling, took down exterior Christmas decorations, and rode to Sydney to see the end of the run (in the rain). | |
