I didn’t hit the gym today as I’m busy with an essay. I respected my diet until the end, as I ate 5 cookies (200 cal over my daily target). I will make up for it tomorrow .

I download MyPalFitness to track my daily food instake. I set 1600/1700 kcal/day as the numerical target.
I also downloaded Strong Workout Tracker.
I use both apps starting today. And I hit the gym this morning.

I just downloaded the app, which I discovered on a “Top 10 Apps for Your 2023 Resolutions” kind of blog. It’s 1 am, and I’m all motivated to start this journey. I have already been hitting the gym (at an irregular pace) over the past 3-4 months. I know I’ve lost some weight since summer, but I’m still overweight. I need to work hard to get to my target in the set time! Also, a kilo per week is a reasonable, healthy target. Let’s do this guys! 💪😇
