Dishwasher commits to:
I commit to working as a dishwasher at Ruby Tuesdays from 1/18/23 to 5/23/23 with a minimum of 48 shifts required and a goal of at least 72 shifts. Spins of the WOT can increase the number of shifts and/or extend the length of the contract in 18-week segments. The contract cannot extend beyond 1/5/2027. Each 18-weeks a new STICKK contract with updated quit cost shall be signed. Quitting the restaurant or failing to fulfill the requirements laid out in a signed contract incurs the penalty.
