This is a 7 day challenge that starts on Saturday June 14 and ends on Friday June 20
1. Wake up by 6:15am on weekdays, 7:15am on weekends. 2. Meditate twice every day for a minimum of 30 minutes each time. 3. Go to bed by 10pm (10:15pm at the latest 4) / one hour later on the weekends. I will update my stats daily on the following spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Sky4eDAv8NEIKP6B_3-aY8SE_-ooMyGGC1UKs-LY8gM/edit#gid=14972917 I get 2 cheat days per week.
