| This week I met my goal. I had more trouble though than in the previous couple of weeks, due to some changes at home and work this week. Having a lot of commitments this week made having to make breakfast harder. While I was still able to achieve this goal, I think I will need to become more creative, and find ways to make more portable options, and make things ahead of time. Mornings in my household are a struggle, and finding ways to make the mornings easier is always beneficial. | |

| I continued to be successful this week with my goal of eating a healthy breakfast daily. Again, it required me to wake up earlier, which is ok, I am getting into the habit, and again, doing this as a family was nice, and helped me stay on track. I am finding that waking up earlier also makes me less stressed in the morning, as I am not rushing. We had one morning where we didn't wake up as early, and I ate breakfast sort of on the go, and I noticed I liked having more time much better. | |

| I actually managed to eat a healthy breakfast every day this past week. As a family we have made a point to try to eat a healthy breakfast together, which has required us to get up earlier, but has been worthwhile. I have felt more focused during morning meetings and I feel good about ensuring my children ate healthy breakfasts as a family as a way to start their days. | |

| This was a successful week. I found that getting up 10 minutes earlier helped a great deal in allowing me time to make something to go. I also found having my 5 year old hold me accountable to be a great asset as well. | |
