On 4 of the next 7 nights, I will weigh myself between 5 and 7 p.m., or upon first arriving home for the evening. If I weigh more than 181.5 lbs., I will consume no more calories the rest of the evening, and in any case, consume no more than 700 calories the rest of the night.
