thoughtpower commits to:
1. Be in bed by 9pm on at least 4 days out of the week (between Sunday and Thursday) OR
2. Write a reflection on why I was not able to be in bed by 9pm. 3. Make the necessary adjustments based on my answer to #2. Do not repeat the same mistake twice - Start SRF practice within 15 minutes of getting out of bed.
