| Made it just below 10 hours again, but Saturday/Sunday was where 90% of that was from. This time 6.5 hours of it was coming from YouTube and looking and complete nonsense, and not from watching shows. Going back to blocking it on my phone and laptop to see how things go this week. | |

| Update from this last week: 5.5 hours total! A big reason in the drop in hours was having guests over who don't binge out on shows. I also felt no craving to do so. | |
