Total time: 209 minutes
- Cycling: 180 minutes for 40 km (I cycled on Sunday, but on Monday the leg that I had fallen on looked much worse. I was really concerned about all the bruises on it. I let the leg rest Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The pain stopped and the bruises started lightening and I was able to ride and do the other exercises the rest of the week.)
- Stretching: 13 minutes (I couldn't do the stretches where I had to put weight on my knee, and I thought it was better to do not the stretches that flexed the knee)
- Strength training: 16 minutes (again, because my leg was still recovering from a bike crash last week I wasn't able to do my full routine) |
