| So this completes my commitment - I didn't become a Zumba Instructor but had fun working towards this goal. I've become more interested in NIA which is gentler on the joints and has more balance as far as body mechanics combined with movements that challenge your brain so I'm looking into that certification. I love Zumba and will keep going - but becoming an instructor is not the path for me. Mary - thank you so much for accompanying me on this journey - and thanks to my supporters and friends (Argon, Milica and Paul). May we all be blessed in 2013 with abundance in all areas of our lives! Caroline | |

| Went on a 5 hour x-country ski and danced for about 3 hours on New Year's eve. | |

| 2 NIA classes and 1.5 ice skating - I may decided to not become a Zumba instructor by my goal date (expense, and too much jumping up and down). I won't lose my $140 - just the amount that has already been debited from my checking account for unsuccessful weeks ($35-$40). Goal date is sometime in January. Caroline, I am so happy you went for this... now you know and have discovered a different and better exercise form. As I mentioned earlier, a lot of times we do not really know until we try something and you gave it long enough to know for sure! :)
