Well, its been a little over a month since I first stopped losing weight and started gaining it back. What is it about that 200 lb mark? I keep running into issues. I've decided that January through June is my losing weight period and June through Dec is my maintaining period. I have a friend at work, Nate Lelek that introduced me to a new fitness app called fitocracy, which I signed up for, and tried to find him and sign others up, because its something you do with other people. Amanda Jenkins was the only friend acceptance so far. So, I spent a week up in Buffalo because Jonah was born and we were watching Dylan. I have started juicing again, hoping that will help me lose weight, instead of eating eggs in the morning. For some reason, when I exercise lately, I seem to poop out after 30 or 45 minutes. I didn't used to have that problem. And by poop out, I mean I just don't seem to be able to go on. It seems like a combination of losing interest and energy.Physically, it feels like I can't move any more. Like my muscles don't want to go. Sometimes I feel like I am going to faint. Mentally I just lose interest or cant follow. I lose patience. Or I get hungry. Another problem I've had with zumba classes, is terrible smelly gas, and it embarrasses me to death. I even went to the extreme of buying "fart filters". But the main issue, I guess, is what is causing my gas, tiredness, and stuffyness. I watched something that advised to for 3 weeks, stop eating soy, peanuts, eggs, sugar, wheat, dairy, and corn. So, I fessed up on Nickis board about the gas problem. And I go between Nickis class and Elylses hoping that it will be forgotten by the next time I go back. I am considering getting some Access Bars for energy to eat before class. Today is Wednesday and I have been going to a spiritual group on Weds. The last few times have been disappointing. Plus I'm being invited, called to go to the Monday group. Tonight is a meeting on your spirit animal, which I really wanted to go to. Last time I went, and its such a long drive, and they changed it at the last minute. 3 times I've been disappointed. So, I am seriously considering dropping the Wed night group, and sticking with Monday, and going to zumba on Wed.

SOB! Well, to be honest, I am not surprised, but at the moment, I feel a little down. Partly, I feel tired, and I don't know if something is wrong with me, as one day this week, I slept all day long. I'm a little mad now, because I am on vacation and have a SQl training class to attend, and thought it was at 10 like last week, and it is actually at 2, and I had moved an outing to the Westcott hosue with Rick and mom from 11 to 1 today... And I can't seem to get a hold of the guy to get a recording or reschedule. Tonight, I have decided I am going to go to my class at St. Leonards. I really enjoy that. Last night Rick made some kind of fudge thing that I could't seem to resist eating. My feet have been hurting whenever I go out shopping. I need to get rid of my old gym shoes even though they look fine and were expensive, the support is worn out. And I have a new pair, but I need one Just for zumba, and only zumba. And money is getting spent fast, so will I have any money to buy another pair of shoes. Rick and I looked at exercise, home gym equipment yesterday. I just feel like we need to get a space in the basement, and make it look nice and get a routine, and forget about the expensive equipment, and Rick things we just need to get equipment. Frustrated.I missed the santa zumba thon because I had to work. The week of working 3rd shift threw me off badly. Rick has been getting into old habits of eating mindlessly. I want to hike outdoors. I want Rick to get a recumbent bike. I'm tired. I bought some vitamins and food yesterday, astragalus, papaya juice, brewers yeast, to increase energy. I also tried to get amino acids, but everyone else in the world saw that on Dr. Oz and bought them all out....So, I'm on a "waiting" list. Sigh. I checked out the body by Vi stuff a little more, asking the zumba group about that, and got some feedback, one person knows someone who used it and looks fantastic, so thats 3 for 3, but someone else posted an article that totally dissed it. So for now, putting it back on the back burner. And I'm confused about soy. Is soy good or is soy bad. When it comes to protein drinks? Some protein drink made from peas, is supposed to be good.

I did not lose a lb from last week. I stayed the same. However the program sees that as a success as last week I hadvav3 lb loss. So that's a saving grace. I worked on my bike most days. But this was also the week of thanksgiving so the results are not as bad as they could have been. I was the receiver of about 5 lbs of chocolate punt butter fudge and ate most of it. 2 days I was extremely tired and spent all day Sunday sleeping. Abigail turkey meal one day and I prepared a roast pork meal one day. A couple challenging weeks coming up as next week I work 3rd shift and then I am off a week and not ready for Christmas at all.
