Well the minimum is what you've agreed to so good on you for sticking with that. And yes, it's the second website you mentioned. Enjoy your break. |

I wrote the wrong website here's the one that you told me about: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/. |

Still doing the minimum, due to bad weather and final exam week. Will certainly consider tweaking this when I return to work in early March. Kaylene's suggestion on my other page about the website she used, http://www.fitday.com/, is a good one. I've looked around it a few times and liked it. Now to call my mom and grade some more of those papers. I want to get everything wrapped up on Wednesday, hand in my stuff Thursday morning, get my travel money and hop on a place Thursday afternoon for Guangzhou. |

Thanks for the congratulations! I think Sofia (and Bulgaria) is still on the poor and run down end of the scale but I'm up for a new challenge. I had quite a lot of offers and the pay in Sofia is only a fraction of most of the others but my gut feeling was that that was the job for me.
It's good that you've continued to do something each day but you do need to decide what you can do when you choose not to cycle. For example do you live in an apartment building? How about adding in climbing stairs on the days when you just do strength and/or stretching. 5 or 10 minutes of stair climbing gives you a real workout. Or perhaps an exercise dvd that you could play in your computer? I have one that I can do in my tiny little Japanese apartment so you could get something like that. |
