do ankle exercises every morning to accelerate recovery. Also do a warmup to start the day when I'm indoors or something similar when I'm camping.

Ankle exercises:
- wobble board circles & lifts
- heel walks
- toe stands & awkward pose
- side-to-side lunges
- band stretches

I feel that I've made these exercises a regular habit now. That's a successful commitment.

These exercises are becoming a regular habit. I've added in some additional corrective exercises from my strength coach, physiotherapist, and massage therapist.

This commitment is going well. It's now becoming habit to do these exercises every day. At a minimum I do ankle & wrist exercises. Often I add a longer warm up too.
